Outlook 365 and zimbra mail synchronization problem

Guys good morning, I have a weird problem on outlook 365.
In the company there is a Zimbra server with access to IMAP mailboxes. Outlook 365 on Windows 10, if it remains open, unsynchronized "new mails" that arrive on the mail server. The only way to synchronize and close and reopen the program ... Only in this synchronized way.

- I tried to restore the office suite "on line" but nothing.

- in event there is nothing in error relating to the outlook.

- I have seen the autosync settings of the new mails and it is set to check every 2min.

- I downloaded Thunderbird and synced everything automatically

This problem also occurs on other PCs in the company.

I don't find anything specific on the net ...

I am seeing this same issue. The past week I have even been seeing issues that it windows 10 using Outlook 365 is not syncing all emails to Zimbra, but keeps them in the PST file. It is also renaming folders in Zimbra at times. The user would add a folder called B1. and Outlook would change it to B1_

I am seeing all kinds of sync issues of just getting emails from the INBOX. Anyone using iPhone or other email clients don't have this issue. Is there some settings that needs to be changed to get outlook to play correctly?
