Admin console shows services not running

Hi there,

I'm testing a migration to a new Server installation. Currently, the CLI shows that all Zimbra services are running, but the admin console shows that they are not running. Any ideas on what to check so that I can fix this? Thanks.

As root, if you haven't done so already, you can run /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsyslogsetup and then restart your operating system's syslog service.

Wait a up to ten minutes or so, and you should see the red X's turn in to gren check marks.

Unfortunately this did not work. I also tried restarting the Zimbra services again after trying your suggestion. Still no luck. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Did you install the zimbra logger package on the server?

Is there anywhere I can download /opt/zimbra/bin/zmsyslogsetup? It's telling me no such file or directory.

Binaries in the libexec directory are intentionally NOT in the zimbra user’s path environment, so you need to specify the path when running the command.

Did you install the zimbra logger package on the server?

Yes I ran /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsyslogsetup, also tried restarting zmloggerctl, still no luck.

Just tried it. This unfortunately didn't work either.
