I have a domain name a, and now the leader has a domain name B. I want to set it on a Zimbra. I want to know how to set it. The domain name of a is linked to our LDAP server. Does the domain name of B still need to be linked?

In your explanation, the 'domain a' is the primary domain name of the server (including the FQDN of the server) and 'domain b' is just another domain name you add to zimbra. when you configure the external DNS records for 'domain b' you have to configure the MX record to be the FQDN of the server.
