Hi all
Maybe someone has come across this problem, please help. We are running the Zimbra Network edition and have a client who uses a Mac Book. When the account is configured with Exchange Active Sync emails flow but there are so many errors coming from the calendar and it also brings another error saying "Failed to update record" I checked and deleted all calendar settings but still the messages pop up. The same account when configured as a POP works perfectly. The customer wants the Active synch because of the calendar and the other extras that come with that particular service. On Windows no problem. I have attached some screenshots so you can see what is happening.
Here is the version of Zimbra
Release 9.0.0_GA_3924.RHEL7_64_20200331010312 RHEL7_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 9.

That version of Zimbra is over two years old, there have been serious bugs/vulnerabilities in versions of ZCS recently and I'd suggest your first step would be to install the current version of Zimbra.bennhana wrote:Here is the version of Zimbra

What is the latest version because checking on the Zimbra site I am seeing 9 is the latest.
