IMAP suddenly dead for 1 user

Hi,

I have a user that can't use imaps anymore, says that the server is unavailable.
Weblogin still works and from there IN/OUT.

Zimbra 8.8.9_GA_3978.FOSS

I even can't find anything in the logs.

zmcontrol restart was enough to solve the issue, I panicked way too early.

Excellent you sorted it out. It would be remiss of me to point out your current version of Zimbra has more holes than a volcanic rock. Perhaps when you get a minute, investigating upgrading to the latest version.
