Comparing them with diff a working user to non working user but nothing stands out at all of why it wouldnt work.

Wasn't there 2 different zimlets that existed at one time for this. I would double check to see if any zimlet is or isn't there.

I just do not seem to understand why this is happening.
Rightside is cc'ed e-mail (the same e-mail) I am at a loss completly

That's what I was thinking, one of the mails got reformated by the sending proxy (or doesn't go though the proxy while the other one does).
