2FA Lock account

Hi,
I tried to configure 2FA as it should be a good way to secure client account.
I have a problem with my account. It seems that I have a mail client failure from my mobile

But some seconds after it work for same adress, same mobile, same ip (and i don't thik to have two mail client on my phone....) :

This is not the main problem...
After some failure, my account seems to be locked, and all my mail client got into error...
When I connect to zimbra admin, the account is in a stange state : Unlocked
When I edit it, this is not an option status... I have to change it to Active
I can understand that an account will be locked for some times in case of failure, but i wonder if after this time, there is a problem that put the account to unlocked instead of active.
I tried to change the lockout settings without good results
