zimbra impotar tool from PST

Hello gys,
I have a pst and I want to upload this pst mails to my zimbra server. Is it pssible to export mails from outllok to zimbra
I am using latest vmware zimbra CS

Log-in to the Zimbra Admin Console. In the upper right-hand corner there is a Downloads link. Click here and it will bring you to a page where one of the downloads is the PST Import Wizard. The download is a zip file. Open the zip and extract the "ZCS Import Wizard" program (.msi file). Run this program and it should import your PST to the Zimbra server; works pretty well.
