double-bounce SPAM

hi guys,
I'm having a problem with the double-bounce sender to postmaster. It's sending rapidly like a SPAM. Is there a way to disable this account because its consuming to much resources. Mail queues are already 1000+ in active.
Hoping for kind help.

Search the forums (or the internet) for 'backscatter' or 'NDR', that should give you some details on what to do.
