Mutiple User Email Folder

Is it possible to add a email folder that everyone could see and be uploaded to my CRM using IMAP? Also is there anywhere I could find documentation about the SOAP?

Public Folder? Nope. You could do it with a shared IMAP account but this would only be available with an IMAP client, not in the web UI.

Is this a feature something you plan to integrate at some point in the future? If so then when is it likely to be integrated?

It's on the roadmap but no guess to a date until we get it confirmed into a release.

In migrating from OpenXchange this is one feature my users are really going to miss!!
oh, and how far from having a Tasks section are we Guys?

Since I am no Zimbra employee, no. But there where many requests i the forums and I think the Zimbra guys are working on it.

You can get read-only shared mail from Outlook in a near term release. It will be a release or two more for the web client to supports this.
This is the issue in bugzilla if you want to vote for it.
