Using Zimlets

I have not read the documentation yet, but how do I enable all the zimlets such as using mouse over a website, skype, etc..... I see the default zimlets already running on the side, such as Yahoo maps, amazon, wiki, etc....

Read the docs, or search the forums, or check the wiki. Or all three.
