Hello Everyone,
We have a shared contacts folder where every employee can edit and maintaing a company wide contacts directory. We have uploaded the cusomters certificate in his contact in this folder.
But when we try to send an encrypted email, i get an error that the certificate is not found.
Can't encrypt message since the following receivers are missing a certificate: customer1@company.com
method:
SecureEmail._sendMessage
msg:
encrypt-cert-not-found
code:
mail.SEND_FAILURE
If the contact is copied to the users contact folder, the certificate is found and email is being sent.
Bugzilla does not seem to have an entry regarding this.
Any help / pointers appreciated.
Thanks a lot
Ram
