Not able to see video of other user in zxchat

I have installed Zimbra Open Source Edition and added ZXSuite with ZXChat Zimlet....Text Chat works fine,but in one-to-one video chat, ZXChat is not showing the video of the person with whom user is chatting....Both the users are on same LAN, is this the issue related with NAT ?
