Grouping Zimlet

Hello guys,
I'm pretty new to using Zimbra, so please excuse myself.
I wanted to ask if there is a zimlet that let users make something like groups or by using the tags, so that you can make a directory and will display all mails with that paritcular group or tag.
I know the user could use the search, but for some reason, that is not enough.
I appreciate any feedback, thank you guys.
