However, on a web browser, I get the following error.
On the zimbra desktop client (latest/last version), it is never there. There is no chat zimlet to be found.
I've read everything I can but cannot find a solution so it's time to ask here. I'm not sure what to include so please ask and I'll add what ever info you need.

Then I got this from the web tab open to zimbra admin.
