unknown document: ZxChatRequest

I have installed and enabled the zimbra chat zimlet. I can see it on the server and I've allowed it to everyone.
However, on a web browser, I get the following error.
On the zimbra desktop client (latest/last version), it is never there. There is no chat zimlet to be found.
I've read everything I can but cannot find a solution so it's time to ask here. I'm not sure what to include so please ask and I'll add what ever info you need.
Each time I refresh the web browser, I get the following error.
Even in the zimlets, I notice the chat doesn't have a description like all of the others.
Then I got this from the web tab open to zimbra admin.
