No-Reply Account for sending email

Hello,
is it possible to create an email account, who can send emails via SMTP but are not allowed to recieve mails?
I want to use this kind of account, to create an no-reply email address for some webapps.

Zimbra web arayüzünden admin hesabını aç > no-replay yapmak istediğin hesabı seç > sol taraftan özelliklere gel> Posta özellikleri kısmında "POP3 erişimi" tik'ini kaldır no-replay özelliği aktif olur. Türkiye'den Selamlar

Use google or bing translators but that post is over a year old.
