Picture coming soon? Alexa.com

Hi,
when I go over a link of a website, I see a small example of the site in your demo. When I try this in my install, I see a picture containing: Picture coming soon, Alexa.com
Can you tell me what causes this? I searched the forum but am unable to find anything about this.

We use alexa.com to provide URL previews. They have many site but not all. Some URLs will not have a preview until alexa.com indexes them. Try common/popular URLs they should all work.
