Blocking particular email address
Is it possible to block particular email addresses? How can I achieve this?

You don't actually describe what you're trying to do but search the wiki for 'blacklist'.

I am sorry for not being clear. Actually, I get some junk emails (spam emails) which I want them to be filtered by the zimbra server. I thought, there would be some place in admin console where I can add such email addresses.
Is it the only way to add the email addresses or domains in the /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf file to filter those emails?
Any other better way please?

Use the Junk button (in the web ui) to mark messages as spam, that will train Zimbra to recognise them.

Thanks for your reply.
In the case you suggested, the spam emails will be sent to the Junk folder. But, from the admin console (or the command prompt), can I block a particular email address without reaching the user mail box?

Improving Anti-spam system - ZimbraWiki
Note the different sections and methods:
Improving_Anti-spam_system#Implementing_Whitelist.2FBlacklist
Improving_Anti-spam_system#Blacklists_and_Whitelists
Individual end-user set blacklists/whitelist management sections are open RFEs-for instance: Bug 6953 - Per user spam white lists in the UI
However, you can currently accomplish the same result for end-user blacklisting by using a filter set to delete mail from a certain address/domain.

Are you an end-user or administrator?
Can you do anything in my above post?
If you're an end-user & these messages are just coming into your account alone, you can just make a filter that trashes messages from said address.

Not at this time-it's an open RFE, see my post two above for things you can do via postfix config
