Can't open attached email

I composing new mail message and then attach to it another mail, i can't view this attached mail - i try click to it, but nothing happens. It's very uncomfortable, users often resend previous mail and they want to be sure that the attachment is right

PS If I save the message to draft, and open it after that - an attachment opens normally

I'm use Release 8.6.0.GA.1153
