selected mail addresses to BCC

Hi and a fine new year - a good start for me so very new to zimbra ,
When using the Ajax web interface I would like, that the selected (for example by using a save search) e-mail addresses will fill the BCC field when using the action 'new mail'. But only 'TO' is possible?
At the moment I select all in the 'TO' field and drag and drop them to 'BCC'.
