Warning message on Persona change

We have users that have multiple Personas. When they switch between them, they are presented with a warning message like this:
Warning
"Text that you've added at the top will be preserved, but other
changes you've made may be lost. Continue?"
[OK][Cancel]
(I have also attached the dialog-box displayed by ZCS).

Is there any way to permanently disable this warning? It's driving some of our users crazy. They work with Personas every day and are aware of what can happen when they switch.

Neither of you have given much detail about the circumstances under which this happens nor what product you're using. Is this with the web UI and what are the exact steps to reproduce this message and which browser are you using. If this is a problem with the Zimbra Outlook Connector then I'd suggest you open a support case.

Sorry my english.
The user can send letters from the shared mailbox with option SendAs. If he has a signature, and he creates a new letter, when he change option "from", and chooses shared adress , he sees a popup.

Hello
this is my first post, therefore, sorry for netiquette errors or whatever..

I have the same behaviour too using the delegate function but I suppose the mechanism is the same
I "solved" telling the people to change the sender when they have already begun to write the mail
In this way, the problem doesn't show up

Another way is to disable the automatic signature for new messages, but I think you already know :-)

I have Zimbra 8.8.8_GA_2009 FOSS
