Odd 'copy/paste' problem

User reports double text getting pasted when he tries to paste into an email.

I can replicate the problem with the HTML client when composing is set to 'html'. If I set to compose as 'text', paste works like normal. I thought it might have something to do with mime encoding, but I'm seeing the replicated text in both parts of the source (after it's sent).

The user reports it does the same in the AJAX interface, but I've not been able to replicate the problem there.

User is on a mac with either Safari or Firefox.

I'm on Linux and see it in both Chrome and Firefox.
