Searchfolder for unread mail and IMAP

Hi,
I have created a search folder searching for "is:unread", showing all unread mail in the entire mailbox.
While this is working fine within the Zimbra webinterface, it will mess up unread counts and other things in IMAP mail clients such as Apple Mail or eM Client.
Any idea how to show this folder in the webinterface and prevent it from showing via IMAP?
