Focus issue on "To" and "cc" fields

Hello.

Some of our users are experiencing something strange (we saw this at least with Safari and Firefox ESR).
It happened both with 8.6.lastpatch (till last week) and 8.8.12-P3 (since last week).

When you compose a new mail (not in a new window), you click and focus on these fields ("To" and/or "cc") doesn't work.
You can click in it but you won't get focus so you can not type anything.
TAB doesn't work either to get focus.

I searched the bugzilla but did not find anything about it.
Does anyone else see this behaviour?
