How to send emails one by one

For example, myemail@domain.com send CC mail to user1@gmail.com, user2@gmail.com ... user100@gmail.com. Total 100 recipient.
Normally, zimbra will be sent at same time, but that will be blacklist by recipient's server.
How can i set time schedule, every one minute(or second) send one email?
I know i can write 100 emails and set send lately, but any method can use in CC because user may not do this silly thing.
