Our provider has migrated Zimbra to a new server with the latest version of Zimbra 8.8.15.
Since then, our mail accounts configured in IMAP in Outlook are not refreshed.
For example, when clicking on Send/Receive, there is no error and the synchronization seems to be done but no new message arrives in the box. But when you quit Outlook and restart it, this time the emails are loaded.
Do you have any idea why this happens?
Of course no problem on the webmail or for example with the Mail client on iOS.
