MacOS Big Sur 11.4 can't connect to Zimbra 8.8.15_GA_4026

IPhone 6s (iOS 14.6), iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.6) even iPhone 4 works perfectly with Exchange mode, but MacOS. 11.4 Apple Mail/Apple Calendar can't connect to Zimbra. Anyone can tell me why?

I’m running Big Sur on a late 2020 iMac and have Exchabge configured just fine on the Mac. So it does work.

Can you post some of the failures from your log files on the Zimbra server?

Then we can go the next step.

"Exchange mode" on iPhone and iPad is actually Exchange ActiveSync protocol (EAS), handled by Zimbra Mobile server side.
"Exchange mode" on Mac OS is Exchange WebServices (EWS).

Different protocols, differents licences (EWS is an option to Network Edition), different feature to enable in the CoS (or user account).

Thank you for your response. What about Outlook 2016? Is it using EAS or EWS? I guess Windows 10 Mail/Calendar use EAS?

Outlook on Windows can use EAS since its 2013 version IIRC.
