Problems with PDF preview

Yesterday I was at a prospect customer who is using Zimbra to host their e-mail. There is one pc running on Windows 7 with Zimbra Desktop version 7.3.0 GA (Build 13060). On this pc, PDF attachments can be viewed using a preview screen (when clicking the PDF, a popup opens showing the PDF).

However, on a new workstation running Windows 10 (20H2) and Zimbra Desktop version 7.3.1 GA (13063) when a PDF attachment is clicked, a ‘Save as..’ popup is opened. So there is no preview available here it seems. Is this something that is implemented by design, or do we need to change some settings?

I can see that when I click in link to download the attachment I have this link for example:

https://172.31.51.4:8443/service/home/~ ... 2.2&disp=a

When I click over of file I have other link:

https://172.31.51.4:8443/service/home/~ ... 2&part=2.2

In the logs I can see http status code 200:
