AutoProvision issue with AD

Hi! I've set up AutoProvision on my Zimbra server with the standard config found everywhere. New users get accounts but are never able to sign in without me manually resetting their passwords. I find no errors in any of my logs. My hypothesis is that it doesn't fetch the passwords for some reason. Anyone experienced this or have ideas on solutions/diagnostics?192.168.0.1 router login 192.168.1.1
