Microsoft Teams Integration

Post by Phoenix.Empyre »

My email is hosted by a company called Prxy that uses Zimbra. I have set up a Teams Exploratory license for the company. We can chat back and forth fine. However, we would like to have other office integrations such as outlook. When we try to schedule a meeting by clicking the Teams tab in outlook, It prompts "We couldn't schedule the meeting. Please try again later". Is there any way to get teams and outlook integration working if your email isn't hosted by Office 365?

You need to contact the company that hosts your email, we are not allowed to provide support on these forums for companies that provide ZCS as a service.

I'm curious: how do you use Outlook and Zimbra currently?
With the ZCO (Zimbra Connector for Outlook) or with an ActiveSync account?

If you are asking me, I use the ZCO connector.
