Outlook 2003 crashes after connector is installed

Using the updated connector you sent, so far I haven't had a single Outlook crash - either after a sync to my phone, or at any other time (and usually, it would crash at least 3 or 4 times a day).
You asked for system version details, here ya go:

OS: Windows XP SP2 with all relevant hotpatches applied (i often don't apply "Outlook Express" patches since I've forcefully removed most of it)

Outlook 2003 SP2 (11.8010.6568)

Microsoft ActiveSync 3.8.0 (Build 5004)

Phone: Axia A108 (which I bet you never heard of, lol), running Windows CE ".net" 4.2, with ROM flash-upgrade that uses Pocket Outlook dbs syncing to Outlook via ActiveSync (conduits for inbox, calendar, contacts, tasks).
