I have several users that require more that 1 account to send email "From" Sale@ Support@ CustomerService@ etc...
Before moving to the Network Edition and Outlook connector I just setup a couple of dummy accounts and a rule that moved anything sent from the specified account into the sent items folder. It seemed to work OK.
Now the same situation with the connector seems to crash outlook when the rules are active.

did you setup the rules in outlook or on the zimbra server? outlook rules are never enforced on the client side unless you click the 'run rules now' button in the rules wizard.
if you are seeing a crash its probably not because of the rules. Can you generate a core dump and open a ticket with support@zimbra.com?
