I did not find any errors in the log file. I just got an email about 4.0.5 coming out. I am upgrading to it on Tuesday. I will let you know if that fixes the problem.

Update, we found that the problem only exists when the user has another Exchange server setup under the same profile, which is something we need to pull from their address book.

Updated to the newest version of the ZCO and still having the issue. Only happens when the secondary Exchange account is added. Otherwise, it copies forwarded/replied messages to the Sent folder perfectly fine.
