Zimbra is

Hello,
It looks like it is Zimbra that is hitting our office network. The problem is like this: When you click Send/receive, then send receive settings, then Show progress, status is processing.
I am using WinXP Sp2 + Office 2003 + Outlook plugin - version 4.5.115.0.
Any suggestion are very welcome.

Is it the first time you sync your Outlook?

If yes and if you have some mail in your mailbox it can really take some time as Outlook will get every mail and store it locally.

If no I would recommend to turn on logging and then either post it here or contact support.

Hi,
Thank you for your response.
No, unfortunately is not the first time. It's been a week since we installed this plugin, and start to migrating to Zimbra.
Yes, I have turned the turn on logging and after this I have sent it to Zimbra support – from that logger.
Right now I have the following conclusion:

- The worst situation is on machines which were updated from Office 2002 to 2003.

- Lack of memory on those machines – only 384MB installed.
How can I posted the log file on the forum – it has more then 500KB.
Any suggestion is most appreciated.

Well, there can be so many things that can cause that problem.
I suppose the first thing I'd do is to check the audit log to see if your outlook is connecting.

Hi,
I think this issue is now resolved.

The most likly scenario was like that:

- Office 2002 was originally installed on that machines

Then we upgraded those machines – to MS office 2003, then Zimbra plugin for Outlook has been installed.
The problem was that we have installed Zimbra plugin for Outlook, before updating Office 2003 – especially Service Pack 2.
So the resolution was like this:

- uninstall Zimbra plugin for Outlook

- installing Office 2003 Service Pack 2

- install Zimbra plugin for Outlook,

- Synchronization works OK now.
Well, next time after upgrade we will install Office 2003 Service Pack 2.
Thank you all for reading and posting some comments.
The problem was that we have installed Zimbra plugin for Outlook, before updating Office 2003 – especially Service Pack 2.
That was likely the problem, the ZCO isn't supported on anything less than Outlook 2003.

How is ZCO playing with Office 2003 Service Pack 3?
