Un-Install Office outlook update KB3085579. This fixed it for me...

Has anyone here confirmed that this issue is resolved on the 32bit side as indicated on the bug tracker? https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=100650



I need to revert back to 32bit asap because a microsoft access solution we have only works on 32bit.

This issue is not resolved. Or there is some kind of regression in office 2016 that renders the bug fix broken again. As an O365 subscriber I don't think it's possible to get old versions anymore. I haven't been able to see 2013 downloads.

Furthermore, the connector says CTR versions aren't supported and wont install. Tried with the latest version I had ZimbraConnectorOLK_8.6.0.1315_x86
I hadn't uninstalled the connector prior to removing/reinstalling office I figured it would still be installed, I was just trying to install a newer version to see if that helped.

I got a similar problem with Windows 10 and Outlook 2016 32-bit.

I could solve it by uninstalling Office 2010.

I'm not using Office 365, after installing the Zimbra connector and opening Outlook, I get the LSMSSP.dll error message as well. I'm using Outlook 2010 32-bit on Windows 10. Support said I wasn't using the lastest Zimbra connector and they emailed us the same one that I was already trying to use.

I had this very same problem past week, with Outlook 2010 32bit and Windows 10.

I tried the "official Zimbra" solution proposed here, but it didn't help me: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/King0770-Notes-ZCO-Repair

Tried different Connectors (8.0.9, 8.6.0, 8.7.0) but none worked.

I finally solved twice (i had 2 PCs with this problem) following the manual correction proposed in this Microsoft KB: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/813745
