As this is a Network Edition feature and in the past all new releases of ZCO have been in the Support portal, is there any specific reason the links will be posted here rather than the Support Portal?

The Links to the ZCO will be released in the Support Portal first, as well as here. You can see in the other Threads how many affected Users we have. So have the links in both places will be the better way to inform the users.

Just a small thing, but it bothers me - in the support portal the ZCO version 8.6.0.1814 is listed as "8.6.0.1841". That can be very confusing.

It's more likely that non-NE users will download the software and try to install it (there's already copies in the wild) as has already been the case, why not just post an announcement and inform NE users that it's available on the support forum - doesn't that solve the problem?

This forum is not the right place for you to voice your opinion against Jorge's method of providing information. It's unprofessional and and should be handled via e-mail or private message.

The ZCO as well other Tools like the Migration tool will be decoupled soon and will be posted in the Downloads section in the Corporate Website. Until that moment, we will keep using the Support Portal for new releases as you said.

I will work on the notification for actual Customers about the new ZCO builds, as we have multiple bugs, one for Office 32 bit in Windows 10, and another bug for Office 2016 in Windows.

It's not available yet otherwise there would have been an announcement. As you're a Network Edition customer you'll always be able to get the most recent version from the Support Portal.

Hi Martin Baca,
We've just finished the QA process and the ZCO will be available soon to the public:

https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=100650#c43

We will share the link in the Support Portal, and I will add it here as well. We are currently working in a new Downloads section in the website where Customers can find the latest, or previous, releases of ZCO.

Best regards
