Outlook only starting in Safe Mode due to Microsoft KB 3114409

Hi Community,
Turned out to be cause be a change, KB 3114409, applied by Windows Update last night.
 
This update has now been pulled by Microsoft, but if its already been installed you might have to uninstall manually. To do this, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114409 .
