Can't connect Outlook to GAL Zimbra COS

Hi !!
I can't connect Outlook to GAL Zimbra COS. I made all settings by using wiki.Port iptables was forwarded to my local network, but when I try to connect, I get error connection LDAP. To connect I enter the password, but connection is not happening, instead authorization window appears again. Help me please to configure an address book, show me right direction to solve this issue.
