New client - Mail history is downloaded only for the last three months

I have installed the latest 64bit zimbra connector for outlook
client: 8.8.8.1763
server: 8.7.11_GA_1854
I am using a dell latitude 7480 with Win 10 and office 365
when looking into the mail folders content after the synchronization is done, I found out that mails are shown only for the last three month. I tried to look for configuration of the history length but all the tutorials / answers I have founded so far include references to configuration interfaces that are missing / no longer exist
any idea anyone?
is it a bug or do I simply missing the relevant configuration tab?
