Sent mail did not sync

I have two users who I recently upgraded to new machines with Outlook 2016, running Zimbra Outlook Connector 8.8.12.1813. One user's sent mail folder synced over to the new machine, just fine. The other did not. What can I checkm for to see why this did not work? Thanks.

The problem is fixed now. I think due to his extremely large mailbox, the messages took extra long to sync over.
