Zimbra Server Rules - incoming moved to new folder

W10-64 ver 1903
O365 - latest CtR a/o 8 October 2019
ZCO / ZCS: 8.7.10.1711 / 8.7.11_GA_1854

We had 30 or so rules set up for our CEO that copied his emails upon entering his Inbox to custom folders. Either coincidentally (or because of) recent updates to Outlook and W10, his email now are moved (not copied) to his custom folders.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts, suggestions, or better yet, answers?
