Trying to install the most recent Zimbra Outlook Connector (version: 8.8.15.1852). Windows 10 laptop. Outlook 2016 (Office 2016) re-downloaded from the MS-Store.
My hard disk crashed and I had to replace it with a new one and reinstall Office 2016. I am trying to get the Outlook Connector installed but I keep getting the error that Outlook is not installed on your System. The funny thing is that if I have Outlook running, the Connector installer asks my to close Outlook first!
I have admin rights.
I have tried earlier versions of the connector and get the same result.
I seem to recall that this may have been a registry issue but when I look through Bugzilla I cannot match the registry keys to what I see on my system.
I cannot run the installer as an Administrator (the boxes are greyed out).
Is there any other trick to installing this? All was running fine before the hard disk failed.
