Office 2019 and connector 8.8.1848 x86

Hello Team,
We have been deploying office 2019 with zimbra connector 8.8.1848 x86
Most of them have gone well. On occasion I will get this, on a brand new machine in some cases. In other cases office 2007 was removed and 2019 installed.
Office is running fine, and outlook runs fine, untill I install the zimbra connector.
Then I get this
, which is not normal.
In this case, you can see outlook 2019 in the background, then this white window pops up and says welcome to outlook 2016.
When things are normal, it pulls up a zimbra profile box and off you go.
I have worked on this several times, in most cases we uninstall zimbra connector, we uninstall office, we delete the office folder under program files, reboot and do a full reinstall and all is well.
In this case, on this one computer, I have done this 3 times, as a user and as the administrator with the same results.
Any thoughts?
