Outlook is not installed on your system

Hi,
I've been trying to install the Zimbra Connector for Outlook (8.8.15.1852) and receive the error message that Outlook is not installed on my system. If I have Outlook open when I try to install, it tells me to close Outlook first! Not sure how to address this issue as I've seen some posts on similar issues and none have worked. I'm currently using Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 MSO (16.0.12527.20170) 32-bit. My computer is running Microsoft Windows 10 Home version 10.0.18362 Build 18362. Not sure if this information is helpful but let me know if I can provide additional info.
