Hi All...
Been trying to figure this out and I'm not getting anywhere. I have a lot of users that get the following error at different times:
"Error processing the message. Please recreate and resend the message."
The user can recreate the message until the cow comes home and won't make a difference. The only option is for the user to restart Outlook and they can send the message.
Zimbra Status on the Zimbra tab in Outlook does not show any errors...
I've tried various versions of Outlook 2013/2016 and various versions of ZCO. Same results. I would switch from ZCO to ActiveSync but that raises other issues with shares.
I don't think I'm the only one to have ever seen this issue so I'm hoping someone can shed some light on what to do/where to go next.
