Error in Zimbra Autorisation

Hello everyone

We have a strange problem with our Zimbra Connector and I have no idea how to solve it. The problem occurs with some Outlook installations that try to connect to the mail server via Zimbra Outlook Connector or ActiveSync.

I am running out of ideas on how to solve this problem and I hope you guys have an idea.
Details about our zimbra installation:

Server Version 9.0.0_GA_4465 (build 20220923110020)
Tested Outlook Connector Versions:
  + ZimbraConnectorOLK_9.0.0.1923
  + ZimbraConnectorOLK_9.0.0.1922
Tested Outlook Versions:
  + Outlook 2019 via Microsoft 365
  + Outlook 2016 as part of Office 2016
  + Outlook 2016 (Standalone)
Tested Windows Versions:
  + Windows 10 Pro
  + Windows 10 Enterprise
  + Windows 11 Enterprise

The strange thing is that the problem does not affect all Outlook installations in our case. And so far I could not find any understandable difference why it works and why not.

For example, here is an Outlook version on Windows 10 Enterprise with Outlook 2016 and the ZimbraConnectorOLK_9.0.0.1922 where it works normally. But a colleague has with this very scenario the errors shown earlier.
Also, there is a Windows 11 Enterprise Edition here with the Outlook 2016 Active Sync throws the error screen shown. When activating the ZimbraConnectorOLK_9.0.0.1922 Outlook simply crashes and cannot even be configured. Whereas with Outlook 2019 on another machine it works fine.

As I said, if you can have an idea what is causing this, I would be very interested in that!
