I updated to BETA3 and now I seem to be having problems with calendar appointments not synchronizing properly.
I'm taking a look in the Outlook log and this is what I see:

That same error about MAPI can be found in the Blackberry Agent log as well.
Could that be the problem?
I checked windowssystem32 and the mapi32.dll file was 135kb, and I noticed it had a date modified date of 12/10/2002! This was different from the one I had previously. I checked the driver signature and it said it was for Exchange SP3! The mapi32.dll.zco file was 113kb so I renamed the existing mapi32.dll and replaced it with a copy of the mapi32.dll.zco file.
I cannot reboot the box yet to see if this completely resolves things, but as of now I am still getting this error and calendar appointments are not completely synchronizing.

Okay well, rebooting the system definitely solved the problem but the error about "MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND" still exists.

that is not an error. it is legit to ask for a property via MAPI w/o it existing.
when scanning the logs...exceptions are the easiest ways to track a potential issue unless it is an RPC exception in the wait set code, that is ok too.
