Recommended Thunderbird / Lightning / Zindus versions for synchro with zimbra 8.0.2?

Hi,
What is the recommended Thunderbird / Lightning / Zindus versions in order to synchronize contacts and calendars with Zimbra 8.0.2 server?
I am testing thunderbird 17.0esr + lightning 1.9 + zindus 0.8.42 (Fedora) and zimbra 8.0.2 (RHEL 6.3). For calendars, the synchronization seems to be ok with CalDAV (including using multiple calendars), but when I use ICS, I cannot delete events from Thunderbird. See also this thread:
