Manage account access on iCal is giving error "The request to the server failed (error 2)."

I just finished the installation of the zimbra suite network edition. My calendar on OS X doesn't seem to find the delegates. when i go to the manage account access, it pops the error 
"The request to the server failed (error 2)." the calendar service itself works, but on the OS X calendar it doesn't seem to pick up the users.
